The Experience
1. becoming friends
Once the booking process has begun and you’ve inquired with me, I always love to meet up for a coffee date just to see if it’s a right fit and answer any questions you may have. I love meeting with my couples in person when possible because we can get to know each other over and start becoming not only photographer/client but friends as well! I also can offer online consultations as needed. Once you’ve officially decided to book me for your wedding (whether upon inquiry or after the consultation), you will sign the contract and pay the 25% non-refundable retainer to secure your date.
2.The Engagement session
I cannot stress the importance of an engagement session enough!!! That’s why all of my wedding packaged include a complimentary engagement session. This is the BEST opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you all to experience how I shoot while getting comfortable in front of my camera before your wedding day. Plus you will walk away with beautiful images celebrating your season of engagement.
3.Planning and prep
As your wedding day draws closer we will continue to plan and prepare; I’ll be there every step of the way for whatever you may need. I can suggest vendor/venue recommendations, tips for the style you are going for, and having details ready. I also like to create a photo timeline for my wedding clients so that the day flows seamlessly and we have a gameplan to capture all the photos with ample time do so! We can also have conversations about First Look Vs. No First Look and the best times for ceremonies, ect.
4.the wedding Day
When the day you’ve been hoping, planning, and praying for is finally here, I will be there to capture it all!!! From the sweetest Daddy/Daughter First Looks, to the groom seeing his bride for the first time, details that you’ve worked so hard on, and all the in-between moments… I will be there! My favorite part of the day is pulling the bride and groom aside for some portraits to remember the moment and relish in the fact that you’re now husband and wife!
5. Gallery delivery
After your wedding day you will receive sneak peeks showcasing every part of the day (often in blog form) about 2-3 weeks after your date. Then, you will receive the full completed wedding gallery with between 500-1000 images approximately 8-10 weeks after your wedding. This will be in the form of an online gallery where you can download and share the photos. USBs are also available upon additional cost and requests. My hopes is that you will look back on your full wedding gallery for years to come and relive your best day over and over.
Investment
